đšReiki for the (R)evolution đš
There is sooo much transforming right now! We are being asked to release old energies, to expand our capacities for the new, and to keep up with everything thatâs happening. So many of us are exhausted and holding tension. If we want to keep showing up and taking care of ourselves and each other, we also need spaces where we can unfurl and refuel.
Come recharge with other seekers and doers as we surrender into this powerful and transformational time on Earth. Reiki energy will support you in digesting and processing whatever's up for you and the collective right now. Show up however you are. Give your energy a chance to ground, receive, and breathe. We are the transformation!
What to expect:
-A brief optional check-in if thereâs anything you want to voice about how youâre doing.
-You lay down in a comfy spot and receive loving, recharging Reiki energy and clearing energy healing.
-A brief optional check-out if thereâs anything you want to share about your experience.

đšReiki for the (R)evolution đš
The world is asking a lot of us right now. Between the weight of daily life and the urgency of justice, itâs easy to feel stretched thin, overwhelmed, or worn down. If we want to keep showing up, for ourselves and our communities, we also need spaces to rest and refuel.
Come be in stillness together and let yourself unfurl. Reiki energy will help you digest and process whatever's up for you and the collective right now. Show up however you are. Tired, fiery, tender, hopeless, hopeful. Let divine energy ground and rejuvenate your spirit, mind, and body.Â

As the fire of summer fades and thick fog descends, we enter the soft, ripening season of Earth. A time to gather what has grown, digest what has moved through us, and begin turning gently inward.
Join us for an evening of connection and reflection in the misty in-between, where clarity is not always found through sight, but through sensation, grounding, and the slow wisdom of harvest time.

This time of year can be difficult. Itâs normal to be feeling a lot, especially with so much happening in the world right now. If youâre navigating griefâwhether itâs new, old, or the weight of the momentâjoin me to pause, breathe, and process what's inside.
In this workshop, you'll be guided to explore and honor your feelings so you can be more present and grounded for the holiday season ahead. You donât have to carry it all alone.
The intense energy of anxiety is trying to get your attention for a reason.
Join me in this two-hour workshop to make space for the fear that is very real, touch the pain, and gently listen to what the scared self has to say. Youâll walk away with a deep new understanding of where anxiety is coming from in you and how to meet it with transformational curiosity and care.
Learn to let anxiety expand you instead of collapse you!
Join me for an evening of growth and self-discovery as you explore your true self through writing. With a gentle container, guided prompts, and time for optional sharing/listening, youâll get to crawl into your inner world and shine a light on what inside you needs to be heard.
