While many coaches follow a strict structure of having you commit to three months or every week, I prefer to work more intuitively. We can check in as often as twice a week or as little as once every other month, whatever feels right for you. Sometimes you might need more support to work through something, and other times, more space to process and integrate.
There’s no rigid structure or pressure in my coaching. It's all about meeting you exactly where you're at. This approach ensures that you receive the support that’s most aligned with you in each moment, creating a more natural, intuitive, and nourishing path forward.
